Booking - A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking ID.

Pricing - Prices are per person as displayed, plus the taxes and fees shown at checkout. Child prices apply to ages 2-11; infant prices to ages 0-2.

Travel documents - Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof (and passport/visa for international travel).

Itinerary changes - Itineraries may change due to weather, permits or operational reasons; equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.

Liability - Plan My Safar acts as an aggregator of travel services and is not liable for delays or events beyond its control.

Jurisdiction - All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
