How do I book a package?
Open the package you love, pick a travel date, add travellers (adults, children, infants), fill in traveller details and pay securely online. Your booking is confirmed instantly with a booking ID like PMS24051500012.

What is the cancellation policy?
Most packages offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the travel date (some destinations need 72-96 hours - check the package page). Paid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

How do I change my booking?
Go to My Bookings, open the booking and contact our support team via chat, WhatsApp or call. Date changes are subject to availability and fare difference.

How do I make a payment?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI through our secure Razorpay checkout. You will receive a payment confirmation instantly.
