Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation - Cancel up to the free-cancellation window shown on your package (typically 48 hours before the travel date) for a full refund.
• Inside the window - Cancellations after the free window may attract retention charges (typically one night or one day's cost).
• Refunds - Approved refunds are initiated immediately and reflect in 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
• No-show - No refund is applicable for no-shows on the travel date.
• Admin cancellations - If we must cancel a departure, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
